You will automatically be taken to your personalized

on that page and you will be taken to the corresponding
Get TOEFL content.

Do you share the member
list or distribute my personal information?
Absolutely not. We do not release any personal information,
or our members list, to any other company. We may

Argh! My login and password
won't work! What should I do?
Did you remember that your login
data is case-sensitive? You have to type in your username
and password EXACTLY as you were assigned them.
If you correctly entered your username but forgot
your password, click on the "forgot password?" link

email your password to you. Please be sure that your
login is still valid. Remember, Get TOEFL Test membership
is time-sensitive. If you're still failing to access

My browser froze mid-way
between a section. What to do?
First, try to remember or write down which page the
crash occurred on. Then, restart your browser and
return to the program. Because the Get TOEFL test
preparation program is using cookies, all your Get
TOEFL answers are saved. Therefore, you can retype
or click to the page where you left off and continue
from there.

What if the server crashes,
or I can't access the material I need?

the Get TOEFL sample listening sections. What should
I do?
Your hardware may be installed incorrectly. Check
to see that the soundcard, speakers or headphones,
and cables are connected and in good operating condition.
