Can I get a TOEFL®
score at GetTOEFL.com?
No, you cannot. This site is made available to
you for practice purposes only; You can refine your skills, familiarize
with the test, fine-tune your strategy and - we assert - improve
your score. For precise information about the TOEFL® test,
visit www.toefl.org where you can register for the test and find
many resources provided by the test-makers themselves. GetTOEFL.com
is in no way connected to the makers of the TOEFL® test, we
are neither endorsed by nor affiliated with them.

How should I make use of the purchased program?
As shown in the terms of membership, we provide
the materials on this site for the personal, noncommercial use
by those needing review for the TOEFL test. You are granted a
single copy license to use any of the information made available
on this site for personal, noncommercial use only. In addition,
you may not: modify any of the materials found in any area, remove,
modify or alter any copyright or other proprietary notice, or
trademarks, or otherwise transfer any material to any other person
or entity. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any
time if you breach or violate any provision of this agreement.

Argh! My login won't
work!
Are you sure your login is still valid? Remember,
your GetTOEFL membership is time-sensitive. Next, be sure to remember
that your login is case-sensitive. That means that if the username
you chose was "JohnDoe" and you type in "johndoe"
it won't work. You have to type in your username and password
EXACTLY as you chose them. Finally, be sure you are allowing the
pages time to fully load. If you've done all this and it still
isn't working, drop technical
support a line.

Do you share the member list or distribute
my personal information?
Absolutely not. We do not release any personal
information, or our members list, to any other company. We may
occasionally post demographic information in our media kit, but
that information is always anonymous, and we do not sell it or
redistribute in any way.

Can my subscription be cancelled even if I
pay for it?
In certain instances, yes. Based on the terms
and conditions you agree to when you signup, if you breach or
violate any of them, including but not limited to violating trademark,
copyright, or the limited license granted to you, we can cancel
your subscription without any notice.

What if the server crashes, or I can't access
the material I need?
Let us know, and we'll do the best we can to get
things to speed (though we have never had our server go down).
However, the web is not without difficulties, and the terms of
use you agree to states explicitly that we are not accountable
for such occasional hiccups, nor do we warranty specific content
or availability, and, therefore, we cannot be held liable for
anything in this vein. However, rest assured that we are overwhelmingly
committed to providing quality service since our reputation depends
on it.
