This section measures your ability to understand spoken English. There are 46 questions in this section. The listening material and questions about it will be presented only one time. You need to wait as the conversation loads into your Real Player; the timer will not advance during this time. After you have confirmed an answer, you cannot return to previous questions. You may not take notes. Click quit if you need to exit the test. Quitting is not recommended - as in this case you will not get a TOEFL score emailed to you and you are not allowed to continue the test at a later time.
